Since our inception, we have cultivated a diverse portfolio of projects, including significant collaborations with Micron, exemplifying our technical proficiency and reliability. Our operations initially encompassed three core divisions: contract labor, cabinets and millwork, and tents, with our origins rooted in safety supply for Micron.
Randy Odenbrett's strategic leadership, beginning in 2006 and culminating in his assumption of leadership in 2007, propelled us toward innovation and sustainable growth. This transformative period laid the groundwork for our continued success and expansion.
In 2021, a significant milestone was reached with the acquisition of Bledsoe Construction by Tammie and Randy Odenbrett, marking a transition to a woman-owned enterprise and signaling a new era of leadership and strategic direction.
Under the leadership of Tammie, our majority owner and principal officer, Bledsoe Construction has embraced diversity as a cornerstone of our operations. Our Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certification is a testament to our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of performance and integrity.
In 2024, Bledsoe elected to focus all of its attention on the contract labor side of the business. This strategic realignment reflects our responsiveness to market dynamics and our unwavering commitment to delivering value to our clients.
